The MaxWell inflatable tent, measuring 30 feet in diameter, is available to all of our MaxWell Canyon Creek REALTORS® for charity events, promotional events in their farm areas or communities and any other function deemed it may be useful anywhere in Alberta! Institutional Advertising Funds pay ($300.) for the set-up & take-down of the tent for charitable functions. All other community and promotional events are shared on a 50/50 basis between the Institutional Advertising Fund and the REALTOR®. MaxWell Canyon Creek REALTORS® have used the tent for community events, kid's face painting, balloon centre, MaxWell Canyon Creek Annual Stampede Breakfasts, school & picnic events and so on. | | MaxWell Realty has a good will office fund that collects $2 per REALTOR® every month. In 2005 that resulted in donations during the Christmas season to: Muscular Dystrophy, Inn From the Cold Society, Mitchell Centre for Equine Rescue, Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society, Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank, Mustard Seed Street Ministry and Adopt a Family. Darrell Cain, director of training and past president of the Calgary Real Estate Board's charitable foundation, continues his dedicated commitment as a governor of the foundation. MaxWell Realty's REALTORS® have embraced Kids Help Phone, Canada's only toll-free, national telephone counseling, referral and Internet service for troubled and abused children and youth. 
A REALTOR® pledge-per-deal program that was implemented by MaxWell in 2003 has enabled us to be title sponsor of Kids Help Phone 'Designer Showcase' from 2004-2006. Additionally, MaxWell was title sponsor for Calgary's Kids Help Phone "Homes for the Holidays" in 2005. Our association with Kids Help Phone is exceptionally positive.
